All reservations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A full itinerary contract is issued upon confirmation.
Refund & Cancellation
Clear, fair terms — written for real travel.
Every reservation is backed by a transparent refund structure. The full contract is issued with your itinerary; the summary below is what applies by default.
Cancellation Windows
- 30+ days before arrival — full refund, minus a 5% handling fee.
- 15 – 29 days before arrival — 50% of the trip value is refundable.
- 0 – 14 days before arrival — non-refundable, credit issued valid 12 months.
Rescheduling
- Dates may be changed once free of charge when requested 14+ days before arrival.
- Subsequent changes carry a re-planning fee of AED 750 plus any supplier cost differences.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Bank and FX fees are borne by the payer. A full statement is issued with every refund.
Force Majeure
- Flight grounding, natural disasters, visa denials or illness with a medical certificate qualify for full credit or a waived re-planning fee.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance — our concierge can arrange a policy on request.
Bespoke itineraries, peak-season villas and chartered aircraft may carry supplier-specific terms that supersede the above. Those are disclosed in writing before any deposit is taken.
